  • I am a decorative artist and owner of Fabulous Finishes,Inc. I create custom finishes using paints, glazes, plasters, textures, stones, tints, stains,metallics,gilding products - you name it, and then offer those finishes to clients looking to dress up their walls, ceilings, woodworking (crown, trimwork,fireplaces,mantels, doors) architectural elements (niches, medallions, corbels, columns), furniture and cabinetry.

    I value advanced training and have taken numerous professional finishing classes over the last four years, nationally, as well as being honored to have personally hosted an International Woodgraining and Marbling expert, Cait Whitson of Carte-Blanche, Scotland, into my studio for a week of instruction.

    I work mainly within a 50 mile radius of my home studio, servicing the Metro Detroit area northern suburbs, and 90% of my work is residential. I welcome commercial work.

    I am a habitual creator of new finishes and creating custom samples is part of my service to clients. If you are in the Detroit area and are looking to warm up a space, update a room, or to refinish a piece of furniture, please give me a call.
